[SOLVED] Problem with the Serial Number
I have already downloaded the Pioneer software and the Virtual DJ LE, but the problem is the Serial Number on the Box doesnt work. What should I do ? How many words or digits are in the Serial Number in general ? Thank you

@John David > You said the serial ON the box... Did you mean the serial IN the box? Its printed on the sleeve of the CD, I believe.
I copied the Serial number which is on the bottom of the equipment like the CD sleeve said.
@John > And that didn't work? In that case, I'd urge you to contact VDJ Support and let them know of the trouble you are having. They should be able to resolve the issue for you quickly.
The serial number on the sticker on the bottom of the controller is what's required. Be sure that you're entering it exactly as shown, checking that you're not putting an O where a 0 should be. As Gavin says, if you continue to have issues, please contact Atomix (Virtual DJ) for further support.
