[SOLVED] How to prevent MEP from affecting software when in CD or USB modes?!

how do you guys prevent the scroll wheel and track selection/play/cue buttons from messing up what you have cued up in your software when you switch over to USB or CD mode to play a track?

Short answer:

You can't...  :-/

The problem is that the MEP sends the signals, even when it is not in PC-mode...

how about is you click out of the program (grey it out)- wont that temporarily disable program changes?

Sorry, there is no way to disable the MIDI signal from being sent unless you use a MIDI translator software which can "halt" the outbound signal to the software.

Also, there is no post preview on the forums, sorry.
