DJM-2000 FREQUENCY MIX Quality issues

I have noticed, that when I turn ON Frequency Mix EQ it kills sound track quality and also adds 1-2ms delay on it.

When I turn it on on track I hear how it a litte bit slope MID and HI`s of playing track even Freqensy Mix eq is set to zero.

Also it have realy noticeable delay. Easiest way to hear it is with headphones.

Turn CUE on on playing track channel and on master. When you turn on F Mix its add delay on master, and you can hear distortion of playing track.

Does anyone noticed this issue?

Will be any ubdate and fix for this ?

I've never had an issue with any kind of sound derogation when using frequency mix and I've used it extensively. First time I've ever heard of anyone taking issue with it as well.

Not noticed it either

Or me and ive been using it for a year now ...

there is a very very slight delay, but not that much.

haven't heard any soundquality issues so far

First I've heard of it ... there is a minute delay because of the DSP running the audio there instead of straight through the crossfader, however it should be less than the perceptible 5-6ms.

Yes, this unit is digital, but why there is no delay and sound quality drop on effects section? Separate DSP for frequency mix?

And after posts read I understand that probably only I have Hi End sound system and good ears, because I can clearly hear how frequency mix a little bit kills sound quality and add delay when its turned on.

Sigius, I spoke with the engineers and they tested it to confirm that there is both a slight change in the colour of the audio (EQing) as well as a delay due to the DSP.  They are investigating whether anything can be done to improve the sound quality when it is engaged, however it currently falls within spec for the tolerances set out for frequency representation of a line level signal on the mixer.
