My DJ WeGo4 won’t connect to my IPad 5

I am having some issues with my equipment I am hoping can be fixed. I purchased a Pioneer DJ WeGo4 and plugged it into my Ipad 5th generation which seemed to work smoothly for around a week. Trying to use it this week, it's a different story. The Ipad doesn't seem to link with the controller. The Master Volume button works but it won't link with any of the other controls, i.e. effects, cues, filters, and scratchpad. I have tested it against an iPhone which works fine, so the issue is just with the Ipad. Any suggestions on why this could be happening? I have checked out lots of forums and have reset the Ipad, but still don't seem to be getting any luck. Thanks!

Have you updated the iPad between it working and not working?  Also is the firmware updated on the WeGO4?

Hi Jay, so it was yes. It’s now on 13.4.1. It is updated with the latest firmware 1.0. I have tried resetting the iPad several times and still having no luck. We also tried to put the iPad back to the old software but haven’t been successful. Any other advice. Really stuck now. Thanks!

So I have been using WeDJ for iPad but have tried DJAY and Recordbox too. Not having any luck with any of them.
