Hi, 

The First Performance Pad on the Right Side is Flashing orange when it usually is Solid and Red. Under the Midi Tab on Serato, "Allow Serato Hardware Remapping" is unchecked and "Enable Output Lighting" is also unchecked, I click restore defaults and it'll turn red and the go back to flashing orange. How do I fix this? 

Operating firmware 1.09

Serato Version 2.3.4

Mac - Catalina

That sounds most likely to be a hardware failure - please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
