What is your computer spec? (CPU / RAM / Graphics card / OS version)
it is a macbook air end of 2011, RAM 4GB, os high sierra, Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB graphicsI do not know if the year of my mac has to do with my problem, because it meets the minimum requirements
