Play and Cue buttons not working
Just got a new Laptop and the play and cue buttons on my ddj 400 stopped working. I have updated my USB drivers, the buttons light up and click, but just don't function in rekordbox. Why might this be the case.

Are you in PERFORMANCE mode? Look at the top left of rekordbox - if it says EXPORT, click that and change it to PERFORMANCE and it should work normally.
It is in performance mode
If you're using rekordbox 6, have you activated your plan? Click the MY PAGE button at the top right.
I am using the free plan currently, but I assume that shouldn't prevent the play button from working?
