Question About RMX Effects Addon Activation Process.

I want to buy the RMX effects add on for $10. When I go into my Rekordbox DJ, then file, preferences, license section, under all the licenses, they are all greyed out, I cannot click try for 30 days, I cannot buy a license and I cannot click Activate, nothing happens when I click. Everything is just Greyed out and clicking those 3 buttons on any of the licenses does not do anything. If i buy the RMX effects plugin how do I activate it in my rekordbox? Thanks. Please let me know why each of the buttons is greyed out as well. Thanks.
