History deleted off USB after using Rekordbox

Hi guys, 

So my play histories used to save on my USB so I could go back through them on CDJs the next time I was playing, but a couple months ago I updated rekordbox and now it deletes my histories off my USB every time I plug the USB in to my laptop and open Rekordbox.

Is the a certain setting, or is there a way to get it back to saving histories on my USB without them getting deleted if I use rekordbox?
