DDJ SX3. JOG and Que Point Issues!!!!!

Wow can i be the first to say thank got this was a a pub and not a major event....

The vinyl mode would not work. reset the mac and the controller itself in every way while i was DJing from my phone. all Firmware and Software is up to date.

Que point i would hit on the controller and would start me 30 seconds into the song

It was working for a couple of hours and then started to act up again.. This can not happen!!!!

Mine with "black dot" should not be doing this.!!!
