cant record with DJM750 sound card

I have a DJM750

I am on Windows 11

I can play audio through the USB channels no problem

I have set the mixer output 1/2 to rec out all the rest are none

I am using Sound Forge to record the message I get is "one or more audio playback devices do not support the current sample rate and/or bit depth a device is not available"

what am I doing wrong?
