DDJ 1000 CRASHING BOTH LAPTOPS

Hello guys,

I bought ddj1000 last year December as new and after some months i started having this particular issue" crashing the rekordboxdj then i changed to virtualdj and the samething happened .

so i decided to change to macbookpro and this same issue came up , this time its automatically restart mac. The seller could not accept it back because the return date has expired .

please i need to fix this issue .
