DJM S9 won't start properly
Hi,
When I put power on on mixer its start normally but after colorfull pad intro pads stuck on blue color and nothing happens. MIxer don't react on any buttons and don't respond with serato. Setting utility has status connected on both os, mac and win. At windows computer in "about" in utility show firmware ver. as 1.00. At mac computer it's shows ff.7f. Mixer won't start in update firmaware mode.

Try updating the firmware first to see if that resolves the issue; download and instructions here. If you're still having troubles after that, please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your mixer inspected and/or repaired.
