Are you using 2.4.0?
Yes i have 2.4.0 and it works before I buy the 2 player in app. After I buy 2 players it doesn’t work anymore

You have connect with wifi I guess?
I have connect it with a USB cable
Yes - wifi; that's in the connection instructions within the app. Sorry for any confusion.
