Some FX not working with headphone cue output (DDJ400)

I’m using wired headphones with the DDJ400 and I’ve noticed that when I use Beat & Release FX, some of them don’t work with the headphones cue channel (e.g. vinyl break, echo). All the FX seem to be fine on the master output which I guess is what really matters but it seems odd that I can’t hear everything on the headphones that I can through the speakers, especially when some FX work and others don’t. Any help is appreciated!
