DDJ-RB beatgrid issue

Hi,

Really hoping someone can help me out, this has been bugging me for a few weeks and just cannot fix.

I have recently activated my license, ever since I have moved from the trial version to the licensed version I cannot see any beat grid or bpm displayed when adding songs into my decks. DDJ-RB recognises the songs and I have full functionality with the controller, but visually on rekordbox it just displays a constant "not loaded" on both decks.

Also don't know if its linked but I cannot tick or untick any of the top boxes i.e recording, sampler, fx, video and lighting. Only Mixer is ticked.

Really hoping this is an easy fix!
