Unable to select USB stick in tag list

A few times when DJing with someone else, and I think they haven't organised their tunes in Rekordbox, I've been unable to select my USB in the tag list. Instead, the only USB that shows is theirs. I can see my USB stick on the CDJ that my USB stick is plugged into, but I cannot see my USB stick on the CDJ that their USB stick is plugged into. I can play my tunes just fine but I can only ever see their tag list. Is there anyway around this?

I have CDJ2000 Nexus. But it's also happened on other CDJ models.
