Setting up Pioneer DJM 900 Nexus with Serato Pro

I'm new to Serato DJ Pro and I'm trying to see about setting up my Pioneer DJM 900 nexus mixer with Serato DJ Pro, DVS and Wolf Pack EFX equipment. 

I'm also working with two Audio Technica 1240 USB turntables, a MacBook Pro computer and I'm going to manipulate my Serato Music using two digital vinyls through Serato.

Just want to know what would be the step by step process in order to get everything connected so that I can start DJing digitally.
