DDJ-400 not responding in rekordbox

Hello, 

I am using Windows 10 and since I upgraded to version 5.5 my DDJ-400 has stop responding (not communicating with the software). The "Hot Cue" and the FX buttons are the only ones that are bright, all other buttons are dimmed. I can use the mouse with the software to select tracks and such and not with the unit.

I’ve got the same problem since I updated to 5.6

Can you please try running 5.5.0 to see if it works there - you can have 2 versions installed at the same time, so if you hadn't already uninstalled it, you may still have it. If you have removed it, you can download the older versions here.
