RB DMX 1 Help - where do I start

Ive just purchased the RB DMX1 as I now have 6 lights (4 par cans and 2 moving heads ) and rather than going down the sound active route all the time I wanted some control so I got the DMX 1.

I have managed to connect up 4 of the lights and they kinda work

But I really need some help - like tutorials as to how to get the best out if this and apply some control to what Im doing e.g. map a button so I can strobe all the lights
