PLEASE HELP!!!!

I have just updated my IOS to Ventura (I have a macbook pro M1)  and before that I also didn't have my Rekordbox updated to the latest version.

after the ios update I have lost all my rekordbox playlists and histories that I have had for more than 6 years!

where and how can i return those to show up?

I didn't have a time machine or a recent backup. :(
