DJM-900 SRT not recognized by serato
Just bought an open box DJM 900 SRT that I wanted to use in HID mode. I plug into my computer (macbook pro 2012, 8gb ram, Mojave, serato pro 2.1) and it says hardware connecting, then I get a message on it saying Error: failed to connect audio!!
Ive tried different USB cables, ports and i dont use a hub.
What can I do?

I'd suggest you try the following:
- download the drivers
- run the uninstaller from within that package
- reboot your computer
- install the drivers
- check that the drivers were allowed through the OS security
