Hello,

since quiet a while i have an issue with my DDJ RZX. While using Rekordbox and djing the three Displays from the RZX turn on and off again.

So for about 10-20 secconds i can't use the displays, the music keeps playing and i can still use all pads but the screens arent working, see the pictures below.

he progress, its happening ~ every 15-20 minutes and its annoying...

Can you help me fix this problem. RZX has firmware 1.09 with Rekordbox 5.4.0

Sorry about that, can I ask you to please file an inquiry ticket here and our rekordbox support team will be able to gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue. I'm sure it's something simple, but I've not seen this happening before.

Are you using a USB2 or USB3 port on your computer?
