DDJ-400 Jog wheel adjusts key

My DDJ 400 is having some issues when trying to use left jog wheel. when trying to use left jog wheel to match beat it doesn’t seem to move track at all but what it does is start to adjust the key of the track which is playing on the right side of the deck. Has anyone had a similar issue or knows how to resolve it as its not allowing me to beat match song on left deck.
