There is no factory reset for the DDJ-SB3 - what seems to be the trouble you're having?
hello, thanks for the reply, my problem is that the fx fade button doesn't work and sometimes it just goes on and it works, and one of the pitches on the other side works towards + but not towards -, greetings
This can occur if the DDJ is not receiving adequate power from the computer. Have you tried using a different USB cable, or a different USB port on the computer? Or perhaps a different computer for troubleshooting purposes?
I'm going to try changing the usb cable, thanks
