Quise actualizar el firmware mi djm 2000nxs la version 3.21
pero en la actualización me presenta un error
UPDATE ERROR E007
Si alguien sabe la solución agradezco su ayuda.

As the firmware is updated via network, it's important to ensure that the instructions here were followed and that you have disabled any antivirus or other security software, as well as your firewall or other networking shares / service.
Si, lo entiendo perfectamente y lo hago paso a paso de las instrucciones, lo hago desde windows y mac. pasa el mismo error
If that issue persists after several update attempts, it could be an issue with the mainboard, please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
