Says controller not connected
Trying to check DDJ_SX2 version display utility but it says Controller not connected even though I have it plugged into USB and the power.

What version of Serato DJ Pro?
What driver version is installed?
If you're on Mac, did you allow it through security (High Sierra through Catalina / Big Sur)?
