Saving DJ drops into the Sampler button on the cotroller

I am using Rekordbox with the DDJ 1000 and wanted to know if anyone knew the easiest way to save your Dj Drops and other effects in the sampler on the controller? When I push the sampler button, there is nothing saved in there but I would to save my effects (i.e. Horns , sirens, and drops) in there.
