DDJ-SX2 Deck selector buttons '1' and '2' not illuminating.
Deck switch button lights indicating which deck is active are not illuminating for deck buttons '1' and '2' where they are meant to be illuminated in blue. Looking for options/advice/recommendations on how to get these working again. Could a firmware reset/update/reinstall potentially resolve this?

If it's not an issue with the software recognizing the controller and not the deck being unavailable because of the input selection, please contact an authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
Do you mean the deck LOAD buttons at the top of the channel? You could simply have a line input selected for those channels instead of the USB input.
No, I mean the deck selection buttons that switch between which decks are being controlled. The circular deck buttons to the immediate left of each jog wheel labelled '1' and '2' are not illuminating. They are meant to light up blue when selected but do not light up.
