To whom it may concern,
I have been having a problem transferring my playlists from one computer (PC) to another (Mac). I backed up all my data on the PC to a external hard drive in hopes to transfer to my Mac but i have not succeeded in doing so. When the time comes to restore the data to my Mac my playlists do not seem to show up. Can someone please point me in the right direction to get this problem resolved. Or better yet even a different method of transferring data. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We need some information to know what is happening.

  1. Is the collection (whole your music files) restored?
  2. How about cue/grid data?
  3. I'm checking just to be sure. Are you using not iTunes playlists but rekordbox playlists?
