RX3 Locking up

To Whom it May concern:

  I'm writing bout my RX3 having a major problem of freezing and locking up. I had this happen to me after updating the software and 10 min into a gig, and the only way to make it un-freeze is un-plugging the unit from itself because it is fully locked up 

Please help us figure out what was changed that is causing this unit to lock up, I've been trying to re create the problem and I can't get it to replicate at a certain time. It has no rhyme or reason it will just lock up on you at the worst time......
