Pioneer DDJ-SX2 Channel output issues
My sound out put is not even across all my channels. EX: Channel 3 and 1 is quieter than Channel 4 and 2. As time goes on one slowly get louder but is still not the same

Are you sure it's not the tracks themselves? Even with auto-gain, there can be a difference in the levels the music was mastered at. Are you using the same track on each channel?
