XDJ-R1 and Rekordbox DJ
Has there been an update regarding the compatibility between the XDJ-R1 and Rekordbox DJ? I have both updated to their latest versions, and everything works except I can't mix externally. Both decks on Rekordbox are linked to one channel on my XDJ making mixing very difficult. And it won't let me change "Mixer Mode" to External in the settings when I'm connected via MIDI. Please let me know how to make these work if possible!

I've had the same issue for ages and just managed to accidentally solve it. On the R1 unit enter utility mode (Hold the info/utility button) then go to 'Mixer mode' and if yours is set to XDJ-R1 change it to PC.
You may also need the mixer showing in Rekordbox beforehand to check the faders correspond with the controller.
