Hi, i've just bought a djm 250-mk2, once i connect it to rekordbox, rekordbox only recognize the channel faders

I downloaded and burned the rekordbox signal, but the cdj 800-mk2 reads "NO TRACK"

how can I use the djm and cdjs, please help
