My DDJ 800 wont switch back from Deck 4
new DDJ wont let me switch back from deck 4 too deck 3 using the slider above the EQ, I have updated all software. it prevents me from being able to use any loops or other features.

If your input selector switch isn't working, please contact an authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
