Export .m3u playlist info from external HD to internal HD BUT use the music files from internal HD?

I have a Rekordbox playlist on an external SSD that I want to import into a new instance of Rekordbox on a new laptop. I have all of the music files already stored in the internal SSD. I want to import the playlist, but I don't want Rekordbox to use/read the music files on the external SSD. I want it to use the same files that exist on the internal. Is there a way of doing this?
