DJM A9 - Not Working
Brand new djm a9 right out the box. I turn it on and everything lights up. The screen stays blank. Doesn't load anything. After a few minutes I get an error on the screen( Error E-0040). Almost seems like it has no firmware. Help me please.

I just got mines today right out the box too. It worked fine for an hour or two then it started to turn off and on by itself, and it does fully turn on I only get a message on the screen that says Reset to factory settings or No. Regardless of what I pick it then show a message please turn off. only to turn it on again and the same message is displayed. Any advice?
