DDJ SR cue problem

Hi

I have just picked up some DDJ SR's but have quickly realised they have some very strange problems!

The left hand deck cue button is literally broken and will play and pause etc the right hand deck - also after swittching from Hot cue to Roll/Slicer/Sampler on the pads it goes weird and will start playing sound effects etc then I can't get back onto the Hot Cue function.

I have seen there are several similar posts on this forum and others but was hoping for a definitive solution as all the threads/posts are old and I have found a few saying they've resloved the issue but I can't seem to.
