XDJ-RR not playing out of deck 1

Hi All-

When I load a track into deck 1 I can hear it in the headphones but it is not outputing to the speakers. Deck 2 works fine (can hear in the headphones and is outputing to the speakers). Is the thing broken or is there a fix for it? Thank you!
