Midi Mapping Maschine mk2

Hello,

Is there a way I can map my maschine to have the same hot cues program as the ddj seriez(sz,rx,rz...). How should i configure the controller to light up when a hot cue is loaded and be dark when it isn't. What setting shuld i try in the controller editor? Thanks!

Simply open the MIDI mapper, select which function you want to map, click the LEARN button, press the pad on the MASCHINE (it may need to be in MIDI mode) and provided it receives output signal to illuminate the LEDs on the same channel as the input command, the LED for the pad will light the same as any DDJ does.

Hi,

I tried mapping the Maschine mk2 but only some buttons work and the big knob seems to be jumping over a a lot of tracks. the Pads seem to be learning midi signal but nothing happens in the software. Can someone put some light if had any success mapping the maschine ?

Cheers!

Sure, it is in MIDI mode. It doesn't even light up or show in the software if it's not.

Im in the same boat, the pads accept midi to map hot cue A on Deck 1 to a pad, but when I press the pad it doesn't work.

Would be dope to get this to work...

Just to revive a now more relevant topic with DVS now out, basically you need to majorly change settings in the NI control editor for the pads and encoder to work. Experimentation is key.
