FLX6 jog wheel
Hello.
I just got my FLX6 controller today. When I unpacked it was all right.
If I spin the jog wheel when the controller switched off,quite noisy, I would hear friction from under the plate. This is normal?

Yes, there is a nominal amount of noise as it is a mechanical device. If there is any abnormal scraping or grinding that only occurs through part of the rotation, that is not usual and if that's the case, I'd recommend contacting your retailer for an exchange.
I have exactly this problem, at first I thought it was supposed to be like this, because it already looked a bit plastic. I have been annoyed by this for quite some time and only now found out that this is not correct, but I have had it for half a year, is it possible to send it in for repair?
