XDJ-XZ cueing position not setting where i ask it to

Hello there. im having some issues where certain songs will not set the cue where i tell it to. it either jumps forward or back, not allowing me to set it where i need it. Im thinking its something to do with the quantization but i dont know for sure. 

imagine this is the wave form ~~~~~~~~~
if i want it to cue here ~~~~!~~~~, it will only cue to the left or right of the exlamation mark. wont lock on to where i tell it.
