DDJ 400 Cue Button Jammed

Hi, Unfortunately, I spilled a small amount of liquid on my DDJ 400, which has now caused my cue button (orange, bottom left) to become jammed. I'm presuming it has dried up and become sticky. Is it safe to remove the button? I'm worried about damaging it if it's not supposed to be removed. Otherwise, does anyone have any advice? I've tried some isopropyl alcohol and a cotton bud, but the opening around the button is too tight... Thanks, Andy
