DDJ-800 | Hearing master when knob turned to Cue

So I recently bought this controller and have only used it for gigs 4 or 5 times. Now sometimes when I have deck A playing and I’m trying to cue deck B, I can hear the master over my B cue. This never happened before. The knob is turned all the way to “Cue”. I should not be hearing the master during this. This problem is very frustrating and makes cueing almost impossible. Why is this all of a sudden happening to a brand new controller that I waited 10 weeks for!? This happens for both A and B sides too.

So long as you don't have channel 1 AND 2 cued at the same time, you should only be hearing the single channel. You can always de-select the master cue to ensure that it's not even being sent to the headphones.

If you still hear it, check your preferences in rekordbox for the audio output.

Correct. However, I only have 1 deck cue on. I still hear the master. Also I’ll restart the controller and it will correct itself, but then after a few songs it starts doing it again.

Can you post a screenshot of your audio preferences?
