All the custom scenes were lost when formatting or restoring the equipment, I made a backup copy of the library and the scenes were lost.

Hey there,
Unfortunately the rekordbox backup does not contain the lighting data; that's stored separately and would need to have the folder copied over. We've asked the engineers to consider including this as part of the backup package.
