DDJ SR2 No Headphone Cue

Hi there,

I have a problem with the DDJ SR2 and Serato Pro: the headphone cue buttons are not working, so there is no option to prelistening the tracks. Furthermore, the SR2 seems to only connect as Channel 3 & Channel 4, doesnt matter which option at the buttons at the top of the controller is chosen.

Same at Virtual DJ: no headphone cue via controller, but there is a possibility to select cue via software - then the selected cue knob lightens and the cue signal is on the headphones...

Tryed to reinstall the Windows 10 driver & Serato, but doest fix the problem.

Do you have any solutions?
