DDJ1000 Crossfader off center with rekordbox.
I have a week with my DDJ1000 and I have discovered that the crossfader is not aligned, to center it in rekordbox on the ddj it should be almost 1 1/2 line close to side 2.
Before you ask me, yes, the difference is heard and it is clear.
Tell me if this can be fixed with a new firmware, or if possible send me an old one, I am using the latest firmware now (1.12) with rekordbox 6, on MacOS 11.2.3.

1) Return it to the dealer for an exchange.
2) Send it to service to have the crossfader calibrated properly.
Unfortunately this is not something the user can do themselves. Sorry about that!
@pulse ok I'll take it, but the technicians already have a solution for this problem? I have found djs in forums that say they have the same problem and an authorized technical service has not been able to fix it.
I would prefer a product exchange for one that is in perfect condition but my retailer insists that I take it for service.

If you are still within the return period, the exchange would be the faster method, otherwise I can assure you that our service technicians have the proper instructions for crossfader calibration.
