Dear Pioneer! Although there is already such a channel allocation in the database, it also works almost completely well, only the white does not burn. neither in automatic mode nor in bench mode. if I select only white in pad mode, blue, red, and green are at the same time, but white is not. if I enter the channel manually in the dmx controller, it will turn on. could you fix it?

Hello Bella,
In rekordbox when RGB is used, if you select White, all the RGB, 100% of Red, Green and Blue are lit.
The rekordbox lighting engineers will consider your feature request of using the white color separately from RGB.
