CDJ 900 Nexus

Have two CDJ  900 Nexus , when pressing play/pause, the waveform will stop , but I  get a continuous audio sound as if stuck on cue , only by pressing cue will audio stop. Any suggestions for a fix , really want to use these units . Have updated both units too latest firmware 1.31 already . Thanks
