iPhone to PC connectivity issues

So I'm able to sync my recordbox playlist on my PC through cloud sync perfectly fine.  It evens autoupdates.  I turned off my firewall, and I connect my iPhone to recordbox through the iPhone recordbox app.  The desktop app says that it is connected and I'm even able to terminate the connection by clicking on the button on the bottom left.  The first problem is that nothing shows up under devices.  Then when I go to right click on my playlist and mobile library sync, all the options are greyed out.  And lastly, when I got Export mode, my collections AND my playlist I want to export are missing.  Nothing appears in Export Mode.

Please help.  I've been at this for 3 hours now =(
